DETROIT LIONS – As part of the events surrounding the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, the league will hold its ninth annual Women’s Forum on February 26. The program was designed to connect women with NFL leaders and give them with professional paths to work in the league. Scouting, data analytics, football operations, and coaching are all aspects of the game.
As time has passed, an increasing number of women have entered the NFL workforce, and last year, all 32 teams participated in the forum. During the 2024 season, the NFL employed a record 15 full-time coaches.
NFL promotes football in all its form
NFL senior vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer Jonathan Beane stated, “As the NFL promotes football in all its forms, we recognize the value of the NFL Women’s Forum in establishing special opportunities for everyone.” “The NFL Women’s Forum has made it easier for women to take advantage of opportunities throughout the League.”
Bri Howard, a current Detroit Lions scouting assistant, is on this year’s panel. In Baton Rouge, Howard worked in player personnel and recruiting after graduating from Louisiana State University. Since June 2024, she has been employed as a scouting assistant in Detroit.

Let’s move on to the remaining notes for today:
This summer, the “Rags Remembered Foundation,” led by Lions All-Pro center Frank Ragnow, will host its third annual Skeet Shoot Showdown. Tickets for the event are available here.
It may take some time to gather up the guts, but I believe I will write about my friend Isaac shortly. Up until that point, it was nice to watch the Lions and the other Detroit teams unite for a memorable moment in honor of a real gem of a person.
