In an exciting development for motocross fans, American Honda has officially renewed its longstanding partnership with MX Sports Pro Racing, the organizing body behind the iconic Pro Motocross Championship. Sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, the championship is a cornerstone of the SuperMotocross (SMX) World Championship season and a pillar of American off-road racing tradition.
At the heart of this renewed collaboration is Honda’s title sponsorship of the legendary RedBud National, set to take place on July 5 in Michigan.
The RedBud National, widely regarded as the crown jewel of the Pro Motocross Championship, has long served as a Fourth of July staple for motocross enthusiasts. This year’s race promises even more excitement, with live national coverage on the NBC Television Network showcasing the second motos of both the 450 and 250 classes. The event stands as a testament to American Honda’s unwavering support of professional motocross and its deep-rooted legacy in the sport.

Adding an extra dose of excitement to the Honda RedBud National is the appearance of Repsol Honda HRC’s world-renowned riders. FIM TrialGP and X-Trial legend Toni Bou will serve as the event’s Grand Marshal. Bou, known for his unparalleled dominance in the sport, will also be performing in special exhibition rides alongside teammate Gabriel Marcelli. Fans in attendance will get a rare opportunity to witness the precision and control that have made Bou a global icon in motorcycle trials.
