Over the years, NASCAR fans have grown accustomed to hearing a variety of sounds, the most notable of which is Dale Earnhardt Jr. He amuses his fans with NASCAR teases, rumors, and updates on his podcast, Dale Jr. Download, when he’s not yelling “Slide Job, Slide Job!” in the boot. However, Junior has done the unthinkable. Dale Jr. had been totally absent from one recent episode! Junior seems to be ill! Additionally, he has added a new podcast, “Bless your Hardt,” to his extensive network of shows under the name “Dirty Mo Media.” As hosts, Junior and his spouse discuss their personal life.
Amy broke the awful news soon before the show began:
“He’s been fighting a pretty bad fever.” The cause is still unknown, but the veteran is currently bedridden. NASCAR fans, however, were relieved when Junior recently provided an update and extended him warm wishes for a quick recovery. Following Junior’s illness, Amy asked her best friend Jamie Goddard to appear on the new podcast. She talked about Junior’s condition, saying, “Yes, he’s still very under the weather.” He has been battling a severe fever. The past two days have been intermittent. In order to prevent me from getting it, he has been moved into our guest bedroom.
My symptoms are not as bad as his, but I do have a head cold.
However, we all know Junior, and he never lets a fever stop him from being witty and entertaining his fans. Dale Earnhardt Jr. posted the update in a nonchalant manner, as though it were a blessing in disguise. A pleased Junior praised Amy for hosting a podcast by herself on X, writing, “I felt like I should apologize for being out sick for this episode, but after you listen you may want to thank me.” These two were fantastic in a pinch. I’m proud of Amy. As an aside, I’m feeling better and am finally turning the corner.
Nicole and Isla, the couple’s daughters, reportedly contracted some form of illness while attending school. Even though they are now better, Junior now has the opportunity. Amy has only communicated with him to give him the vitamins or possibly some medications, and he has been sequestered in the guest bedroom away from the rest of the family. She also asserts that a junior who is ill is a more irritable junior. More than their daughters, even. “Most males do it, you know. He is more awful than the kids. That was even his statement yesterday. “Surely the girls didn’t feel this bad because they weren’t acting like they felt this bad,” he says, assuming this is how they felt.
Jokes asideThe fans are eager for him to return to his podcast chair as race weekend approaches.
Supporters offer out prayers for Junior.
He may be in bed, but all he can think about is making jokes about NASCAR and his followers! Take a look at his latest X update: I was watching the 1988 Nascar season while lying in bed with a fever, as people do when they’re sick. Neil Bonnet was supposed to be joining Hendrick Motorsports for the upcoming season, according to the Martinsville broadcast. They did maintain the same roster in 1989, but Rick didn’t remember it being a thing when I asked him.
“Feel better man,” one fan commented. “You’ve been depressed for a few days.” His fans need a daily dose of Junior, just like he is already taking vitamins. Especially when there isn’t a race. “Why did you get a fever?” another fan asked, echoing the same sentiment. “Dude, don’t be getting sick on us.” Dale Jr. also received an ultimatum from another fan: “This weekend, feel better!” We agree with him: “Well, it’s a road course race, so Junior should relax. It’s COTA. It has a fresh layout as well. There will be a lot of great developments soon. We definitely want Junior’s professional input on it all.
